Inside the app — the family side
Plan meals together, with your own dishes and your own rules. Open the app and pick My Planner in the left menu.
📅 Calendar Plan
The week, day by day: breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Tap a meal and pick a dish. This is the screen you live in.
⚡ Fill Plan
Fast tools on the same screen: Meals, Orders, Both, Fruit of the day, Food, Tips, Refresh and Extend calendar.
🍽 Dishes
Your own dish list. Banked dishes (190+ to start with), your own additions, and Fruit of the day.
🍰 Desserts
Sweet things kept separately, so they can be suggested on the right days.
📷 AI Dish Scan
Photograph a handwritten dish list; it is read once and the copy is deleted.
📥 Import lists
Bring in a list you already have — a menu, a rate card, clients, a shopping list — from a file, a paste, a Google Sheet or a photo.

Inside the app — the home business side
For a home food business. Turn it on once (⚙ Business settings) and My Business appears in the left menu.

How the business is doing: orders, money due, this month's sales and expenses.

The business calendar: orders due, work to be done, and your pickup slots.

Every order, its client, its date, its money received and still due.

The people who order from you. They do not need the app — you keep their details.

How the business side connects
One chain, nothing retyped. This is the order things flow in:
- Import lists — a menu, rate card or price list you already have becomes rows you untick, fix and save.
- Menu & prices — those rows are now your menu, with sizes and your smallest order.
- Orders — you pick from that menu, so the price is already right.
- Calendar (business) — the order lands on the day it is due, so nothing is forgotten.
- Work plan & shopping — orders plus recipes say what to make and what to buy.
- Bills — the bill is made from the order, with the client's own details and your brand.
- Money — what was received and what is still due, with expenses alongside.
- Dashboard — the summary of all of it, for the month you choose.
