The order book and the bill, for a home bakery.
Cake orders, sweet boxes, tiffin, whatever you make. Type the order once and it flows into the day's work plan, the shopping list and the bill. Nothing is retyped. Free.
Your orders and money stay in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. We never see them.

One order, typed once
The tiring part of a home bakery is not baking. It is writing the same order in three places — a diary, a WhatsApp list and a bill. ClanBite writes it once and carries it through.
Paste your price list once
A photo, a printed rate card or a typed list. ClanBite reads the items, sizes and prices.
Add the order
Pick the client, the items and the sizes. The price is already there.
Work from the day's list
The work plan tells you what to bake and what to buy, in order.
Send the bill
The bill is made from the order, with GST if you need it, and sent on WhatsApp.
Made for the way a home bakery actually takes orders
- Items with more than one size. A 500 g box, a 1 kg box and a 2 kg box each at their own price, and the order screen offers them as buttons.
- Minimum order quantities. "Min 4 pieces" stays attached to the item and is warned about before you send.
- Per piece or per kilo. Your items can be sold by weight or by count, whichever yours are.
- Clients you have served before. The name, phone and address fill themselves in next time.
- Event dates. A wedding cake ordered for a fixed date shows in the calendar and in the days that need baking ahead.
What you get to see
The dashboard answers the questions a small food business actually asks, without any accounting jargon.
- How much came in this month, and how it compares with the last one.
- Which items sell and which have not moved — so you stop making what nobody buys.
- Who still owes money, order by order.
- Profit after ingredients, if you enter your costs, so you know what a cake really earned.
